Bulleit Bourbon Bottled in Bond is the first expression fully distilled, aged, and bottled at the Bulleit Distilling Co. in Shelbyville, KY. Released in early 2025, it is a 7-year-old high-rye bourbon bottled at 100 proof, adhering to the strict requirements of the 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act. 

Breaking Bourbon awarded it "Best Bourbon of the Year" for 2025, praising how its parts come together to appeal to a wide range of drinkers, and the International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) gave it a 91-point rating in 2024 prior to its full release. The Bulleit Bourbon Bottled-in-Bond is part of a series of limited-time offerings, with the current 2025 edition hailing from the Spring 2017 distillation season.
