In addition to launching Carrey’s film career, it started a franchise, spawning the sequel film “Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls.”

For 2024, the product shifted back to being all autographs. Leaf Metal Pop Century welcomed a diverse lineup, featuring actors, singers, athletes, and those who effortlessly navigate between these domains.
Known for playing John Rowland on “Desperate Housewives,” Jesse Metcalfe also played notable roles on “Passions” and the title role in “John Tucker Must Die.” As a nod to the latter movie, this Leaf Metal card is jokingly inscribed “John Tucker Must Live!”
Signatures in 2025 Leaf Metal Pop Century ranged from Al Pacino, Anthony Hopkins, Ben Stiller, Brie Larson, Chris Hemsworth, Elizabeth Olsen, Cillian Murphy, Emilia Clarke, Gisele Bündchen, Halle Berry, Kate Beckinsale, Macaulay Culkin, Margot Robbie, Mel Gibson, Michael Douglas, Natalie Portman, Ozzy Osbourne, Paul Rudd, Sylvester Stallone, Robert De Niro, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chris Pine, Drew Barrymore, Helen Hunt, Marisa Tomei, Kevin Bacon and many more.

The 2023 Leaf Metal Pop Century checklist is filled with famous celebrities, including autographs from A-list actors and top musicians. In addition to the main autograph line, one could find themed autographs in Growing Up...Graphs, Knockouts, Perfectly Cast, Pro Set Raps, and Stand-Up Signatures, among others. The “Knockouts” autograph set checklist includes only 39 cards, all serial numbered to 30 or less.

As was the case with the Ghostbusters, Back to the Future, Jaws and even the Robocop franchises, Home Alone didn't get a set of cards until the sequel. 1992 Topps Home Alone 2: Lost in New York may cover an inferior film, but it is the best place in the hobby to find Kevin and the Wet Bandits. Card fronts are quite plain, although they have a definite feel for the period. The main image is surrounded by a white border save for the top that have a dark spotted pattern that reverses. It's a strange snow-like effect that is slightly reminiscent 1990 Topps Baseball. Backs use a silhouette of the New York skyline as a backdrop for descriptive write-ups. Kevin is being chased by Harry and Marv.
Leaf has mastered the art of sticker auto cards (love them or hate them), and I personally don’t mind unlicensed cards as long as they’re done well. If you’re looking to flip, maybe you pass, but if you’re in it for collecting (hence The Bulleit Collective name) then by all means yes. The fact that it’s a co-stars autograph is cool as is, being a Blue Crystal 1-of-1 just makes it all the cooler.
Co-signing this card are both Rosario Dawson and Rose McGowan. Both ladies were stars in the 2007 American slasher film “Death Proof” directed by Quentin Tarantino. Starring Kurt Russell as a stuntman who murders young women with modified cars he described as “death-proof,” McGowan/Dawson co-star as the women he targets.
A fixture of the entertainment collecting landscape, 2017 Leaf Pop Century featured the stars of the stage and screen in a hit-only product. Each box promised a total of four hits with an output of either four autographs or three autographs and one relic. Centered around popular culture, the diverse 2017 Pop Century lineup offers notable musicians, television and movie actors, and even top athletes. Signers include Megan Fox, Al Pacino, John Susack and many more; however, the “Stunning Starlets” autograph set checklist features on 13 movie screen actresses.
Aly Michalka rose to prominence with her starring role as Keely Teslow in the Disney Channel sitcom “Phil of the Future” 2004-2006. She would go on to appear in various films from “Bandslam” in 2009 to “Grown Ups 2” in 2013. Michalka is half of the musical duo Aly & AJ alongside her sister, A.J., she also starred in the Disney Channel original movie “Now You See It” and appeared in the tv movie “Cow Belles” opposite her sister. The two starred in several projects produced by the Disney Channel and MTV. In 2007, they appeared in the MTV film “Super Sweet 16: The Movie” based on the MTV series “My Super Sweet 16.”
Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo are best known for their decades-long partnership as “Clark and Ellen Griswold” in the National Lampoon’s Vacation franchise. The pair has starred together as the heads of the Griswold family in five feature films: National Lampoon's Vacation (1983): The original road trip to Walley World. National Lampoon's European Vacation (1985): A prize-winning trip across Europe. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989): A holiday classic centered on a chaotic family gathering. Vegas Vacation (1997): A family trip to Las Vegas. Vacation (2015): A "legacy sequel" where they reprised their roles as grandparents in cameo appearances.
National Lampoon’s “Christmas Vacation” is a 1989 Christmas slapstick comedy film produced by John Hughes. The film’s ensemble cast is led by Chevy Chase, Beverly D’Angelo and Randy Quaid. Inspired by Hughes's short story, "Christmas '59", published in National Lampoon, the film tells the story of Clark Griswold's efforts to have a good old-fashioned family Christmas, even as those efforts take a hilarious turn for the worse. It is the final film in the series to involve Hughes and National Lampoon. Filming took place in Summit County, Colorado, Silverthorne, Breckenridge, and Frisco as well as Burbank, California between March and June 1989. There’s not much more to be said about this comedy, as it’s become a Christmas staple for decades now. However, the true, on-card auto by both film stars really ups the “cool factor.” Even to this day, there’s memorable scenes which are quoted around the world. Sure, there isn't much of a plot/story, but you're too busy having fun/laughs with Clark Griswold and the family to care.
2025 Leaf Pop Century featured four autograph cards and two one-of-one pre-production proofs or printing plates per box. The set focuses on pop culture icons, film stars, and musicians with on-card signatures.
Chuck Norris made his credited screen debut as the primary antagonist, Colt, in the 1972 martial arts classic “The Way of the Dragon.” Written and directed by Bruce Lee, the film concludes with what is widely considered one of the most legendary fight scenes in cinema history. This role is credited with launching Chuck Norris toward international fame as an action star. Lee and Norris were real-life friends and training partners before the film. Norris later served as a pallbearer at Lee’s funeral in 1973. This card is a GEM MT 10 stunning Prismatic Silver numbered 5-of-5, which Norris inscribed “Way of the Dragon” next to his name – super cool!
